Thank you for posting your query here.

You have the option to Select the Billing Frequency as Monthly or Yearly Paid while placing the Order.

The same cannot be changed later on. 

If you wish to pay for the entire year after you have Selected the Billing Frequency as Monthly Paid, in that case you need to contact Adobe Support Team and they will help in Cancelling the existing Contract and place a new Order with the Billing Frequency as Yearly.
