Illustrator [reverted to a trial version]

Hi,

we have purchased 1Yrs plan of Adobe Illustrator last week(17/08/2023) by the mail id

by today Ai showing buye or trail version, we can't use Ai now,we didn't get any invoice copy throught mail.

same problem here , i have a creative cloud all apps subscription that surely includes illustrator, but it says buy or try !
