hello everyone, 3 months ago i signed up and created an account (other than this one) and i barely used it but intentionally paid for the 2 months, the last month i deleted my account and thought i wouldnt have to pay for it, but unfortunately i have been charged despite the fact that that account has been deleted
i tried to login into that account but i failed and cant cancel my plan, im afraid i will be charged again, i know its 36 euro is not much but i earn money in polish zloty which is 180 and its a lot for me right now, i wanted to ask how to deal with this? chat bot sent me here to you guys, i also want to ask if a refund is possible if i didnt use the creative cloud since the second money charge? i really need help with this
