Bonjour,
Je cherche depuis 2 mois à annuler mon abonnement.
En cliquant pour annuler , après avoir indiqué la raison j'ai un message de problème:
Il y a un mois j'ai contacté le helpdesk / chat - la personne de chez Adobe avait le même problème et devait me revenir - je n'ai jamais eu de réponse par contre je me suis fait encore débiter ce mois-ci.
