Dear Adobe,
I entered my account information to get membership from you. As a result, I could not activate via the e-mail sent to me. I couldn't even create a password. Your page gave an error. How many times have I tried? Because I am a student and I had a project. As a result, it was not possible for me to cancel the account because it was not activated and it did not have a password. But it seems that money was withdrawn from my account at the bank even though it was not activated. You are victimizing a student. That's why I have to take you to court. I want this situation to be fixed as soon as possible.

It is now active after 3 hours of testing. I am writing here to ask for my money back. You don't even have a support email address. Unexpected service as Adobe.

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
