Hey y'all! I independently pay for the Creative Cloud on my account, my school does not cover the cost. Today, I tried to log into my Illustrator and it was telling me to purchase it. I was confused because I have not cancelled any plans and have been consistently paying the student subscription rate for the Creative Cloud. It is my understanding that the rate goes up after a year, and I have been subscribed for about a year. When trying to see where an error might have occurred, I looked at the account invoices and saw that the last payment was on June 21, 2024 for about 20 dollars. However, when I later logged on to check the invoices, it said that there is no billing history for that account. Obviously this is not the case and I am pretty lost on what the issue could be so I would really appreciate some help with this! Also, when I try to buy the student plan on the website, it tells me that it "isn't avalible in my region". Please let me know if there is another way to contact support because I honestly don't know anyother way than this or the AI on their support page that is not very helpful.

only if the above fails should you proceed with the following steps:
if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html
if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html
below are solutions some users reported:
if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-trial-mode.html
if that fails, change the install location
