hi ım a cartoon and animation student

Creative Cloud was finished and I bought it again using a different card. Originally priced at 900 TL, I bought Creative Cloud for 382 TL with a discount, it would be 400 a month later. This month my bill is 900 TL and I don't know why it doesn't appear in my account history, it says Adobe in my card history. It shouldn't be this easy to scam people. Why did something that was shown as 382 TL on sale show up as 900 TL in my account? Moreover, Adobe already wrote that it would be 382 TL next month, so why did they charge me 900 TL? I'm sorry but I don't want to be ripped off. Just think, 900 dollars is withdrawn from your account and you can't even find the reason...

Thanks for reaching out. I looked into your account details and found that you have an active annual subscription for CC all apps. Since this is an education plan, there is a discount and you got it for TRY 382.85 including taxes.
