Incorrect Invoice Received

Hello and Merry Christmas!!!!

We have received an invoice from you, however, it includes VAT, which should not be charged, as our company is based within the European Union and the transaction should be VAT-exempt.

Could you please advise on how we can proceed with correcting this invoice and kindly reissue it without VAT?
