Inquiry Regarding the Cooling-Off Period After Subscription Renewal

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I am currently subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud and my subscription is set to automatically renew on June 16th. Before making a decision regarding the renewal of my subscription, I would like to clarify some details about the cancellation policy post-renewal.

Could you please confirm whether a 14-day cooling-off period is still applicable after the renewal of my annual subscription? If I choose to cancel my subscription during this 14-day period, will any cancellation fees be applied?

I'm wondering if there a reason you need CC for two more weeks? If so, there is a monthly plan that you can subscribe to for one month and cancel within the month without a cancellation fee.

no, it's not.  you need to cancel before the renewal date. canceling after your 12th payment is received (if you have monthly payments) assures you get the usage you paid for.

Cancel on June 15th or earlier in June.

Note the crucial word "initial". ie. when you first take out a new subscription.

So TBMK- no 14 days leniency after a "renew" date.

Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription any time via your Adobe Account page or by contacting Customer Support*. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.
