Installed Adobe Stock without permission

Hello,

Adobe installed an app without my permission last year and I am very upset. Its called Adobe Stock, I NEVER wanted this app, I only installed Photoshop and After effects. I dont know if this is something to do with the change of a plan that relates to one of them.  If it is they never warned me about it. I want to write an offical complaint, but can only seem to chat online. Last time I tried to chat to someone, they didnt understand that I didnt want this app and couldn't afford it, so kept offering me new plans that would then mean charging me for cancelling the current plans and then charging me for the new one!? It is now costing me fortune and I am getting charged too much for this Adobe Stock. I never use it and want to cancel it, but that will also cost me alot! I want the app off my account without charge and want my money back!!!!

Any advice would be great 😞

there's a check box that's easy to miss when subscribing to something else.

make your case to adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Do you have a separate charge for Adobe Stock? Access to Adobe Stock comes with your CC apps.

https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/faq.html

Adobe Stock is natively integrated with most Creative Cloud apps, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush, After Effects, Adobe Spark, and Dimension.
