Installing Adobe xd stucks after 18 %in windows 10

I am trying to install adobe xd in my windows 10 machine with 10 GB RAM, I also contacted to customer care but they told me that I need to buy any plan to install this on my machine, I am bit confused here I want to use adobe XD starter plan only then why should by any other plan that I don't want to use? any one can help me for this? I have stuck here from 2 days and found no solution.
