Intenté cancelar las subscripción y me siguen cobrando

CANCELAR SUBSCRIPCIÓN ES IMPOSIBLE! SIGUEN CARGANDO CUOTAS MENSUALMENTE

 

Buenas tardes,

Me di de baja de la subscripción de adobe y me continuáis cargando una cuota mensual.

Lo peor del caso es que aunque me lo siguen cargando en cuenta (inadmisible), NO puedo utilizar ningun programa y NO me envian ninguna FACTURA.

Me parece un abuso de poder inaceptable y un robo descarado. Solicito la devolución inmediata de los cargos que se han hecho improcedentemente.

Por favor, pónganse en contacto conmigo por email urgentemente. Como ya tenéis mi email no os lo pongo aqui.

Esta es la tercera vez que aunque doy de baja los servicios me siguen cobrando, he pagado cientos de dolares, me preguntaron las razones y se las di, obligan a tener que ir y dar de baja las tarjetas, no entiendo. 
Cunado paran de ganar y hacer perder al resto?

Para contratar son n°1n pero para desvincular pagos un desastre,

Me pide que pague de nuevo, para poder eliminar, me ha tomado mucho tiempo esto. 
y me cobra siendo que se cobro la semana pasada, además me esta cobrando casi 40 usd y antes me cobraban 27 
no me ha servido tu respuesta

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
