Invoice and credit card mismatch

I have an invoice for £17.99 but my credit card has been charged at £21.59.

The invoice says £0 VAT, the difference between £17.99 and £21.50 is 20%, ie VAT.

Can I get a correct invoice?

Thanks, I was really struggling to contact Adobe Support, the customer care popup was just not appearing. But I've finally got somewhere, hopefully it will be sorted soon.
