Invoice

Dear Sir,

On Feb. 12 2023 I got an invoice from you with number EN2023007132371 of the amount 2865:60 SEK. The amount was charged from my Mastercard. But I have already paid for ID in the period 21/8 2022-20/8 2023, and this was renewed on 21/8 2023.

A copy of he invoice is attached.

To contact support follow the instructions given below. It has a link that will automatically open the chat window for you.
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

To elaborate on the correct answer by @jmlevy : 

Make sure you are signed into Adobe with your correct Adobe ID.

Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

 

Look to the bottom right where you see a "conversation bubble" icon. Pause over it and it says "Chat with Us"
