invoice
Hi, i keep getting invoices for 381.25 NOK the past four months and it is paid automatically without me receiving a plan on Adobe for it. I cant get in contact with the live chat because i dont have an active plan, but then again i do pay for the plan each month, so it doesnt make sense. I have checked every account i have on Adobe with different e-mails, and none of them has an active plan. Effectively i have paid 1521 NOK without being able to use Adobe. And because there is no option to remove my card, i pay without receiving something for it, which feels like a scam. Anyone know how i can get in contact with the right people? Until august 2024 i paid 191.25 NOK every month but had access to a adobe plan. But since september my invoice got more expensive, but it seems like i lost my plan even though i automatically pay 381.25 NOK each month. I fear that the only fix i can get is to replace my credit card with a new one, so that the invoices stops being automatically paid.
