Question

Is it possible to AVOID the cancellation fee? If you were already paying for MORE than a year?

Hello,

I know that cancelling an account (the student one at least), will cauze you to have to pay at least 50% of the annual subscription cost as .. a "fee". Right I get this right?

My question is:

What if were "subscribed" for 12 months, then a new subscription starts for a month or 2 (so the 13th and 14t month globally), can you cancel and not be charged for the rest of the RENEWED subscription?

Can that ever be possible ? Or will I have to pay a cancellation fee for the NEW subscription?

Hi there,

We appreciate you reaching out. I think the answer provided by the expert is pretty helpful.

Cancellation can be done at any time during the subscription cycle however, it is important to understand the cancellation terms and conditions. You can take a look at this article for help: https://adobe.ly/3UCJKWX

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Shivangi

the penalty = 1/2 the remaining fees if you have an annual subscription paid monthly..  ie, if you cancel after 2 months (which is the same as 14 months), you will owe 5 x the monthly payment.  if have an annual plan paid annually, you will not be refunded, so it obviously makes little sense to cancel this plan early.
