Is it possible to change the billing method?

Hello, 

 

I would like to inquire if it is possible to change the billing method from credit card to monthly invoicing. Kindly let me know the process or any further details required to proceed.

It is a recurring payment and the Credit card is charged automatically.

Hi, As I understand, you want to change the billing method; however, kindly help us understand what you exactly want to change. Do you want to change the Credit card?

Do you want to move from yearly plan paid monthly or a monthly plan?

Hello Kanikas,

 

We would like to change our payment process to monthly invoicing instead of using a credit card. Currently, our credit card is charged automatically every month for our plans. Would it be possible for Adobe to send the invoice first, allowing us to process the payment via bank transfer afterward?
