Is Photography plan available month-to-month without an annual commitment - Australia

Complicating factor - I am in Australia...

My Photography plan is up for renewal - I can only see a month to month plan WITH annual commitment on the Adobe Australia site. I am under the impression that in the USA you have the option of Month to month NO annual commitment.  Chat has been ... unhelpful...

See here as well:

https://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Photography-Photoshop-Subscription-auto-renewal/dp/B07QZB1PMQ/?th=1

I may be misunderstanding what I read on amazon or what I have heard from US based friends but can any one confirm if they have Month-to-month Photography plan with NO annual commitment and what country they are in?

Cheers

The special photography plan is NOT available on a month-to-month plan

Only monthly with an annual contract, or one annual payment

US prices: Photography plan, annual commitment, $10/month.

Photoshop, single app plan, annual commitment, $20/month.

Photoshop, single app plan, no annual commitment, $30/month.

So you can get the single app month-by-month plan as an alternative to the Photography plan. This rather shows what a bargain the photography plan is... !
