Is there any possibility to cancel my subscription?

Adobe refuses to sell me a subscription for the next month and at the same time bombards me with messages that I have to pay for a subscription.
I want to cancel my subscription because I don't have any other cards besides Russian ones. Chat with employees does not open on any links. Getting to people in this company is simply impossible.
