Is there no way to contact a real person for support with an issue with your Adobe subscription??
I am desperately trying to find someone to help me with my ordered subscription (ordered the full-program suite for me; unfortunately our university already had for us a limited subcription with three very basic programs; now I can't see the programs of my own personal subscription and it tells me for assistance to contact the 'admin' person--presumably from the university, not the company, even though they are not related to my full-programs personal subscription).
They have made it extremely complicated and frustrating....

Program access is by person, not computer
You sign OUT of your school account and sign IN to your personal account to be able to use your subscription... and the reverse to use the school subscription
Otherwise...
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long

Ideally, you should use 2 separate devices. One for the school's plan and one for your personal work so as not to combine them.
