Issue with Amazon Adobe creative cloud purchase

Hi all,

for the third time I bought a yearly plan from Amazon, this

I have never had issues before and each time I did it the expiration date was amended adding one year. Today I used the code I received from amazon 7CXX-AAAA-BBBB-CCCC-DDDD-EEEE using this procedure (written in the mail I received from amazon):

1. Visit creative.adobe.com/redeem
2. Log in with your Adobe ID or register a new Adobe ID
3. Enter your activation code (the code sent by Amazon)
4. Start using the service

Like I said I still see 11/2024 as expiration date of my account license, but it should be 11/2025. Any help?

after something like 6/8 hours I received an email from Adobe where the purchase was stated as succesfully done and the expiration date was amended. Maybe some IT issue to cause such a delay. Done!

Hey! 

Trying to buy an Adobe yearly plan from Amazon but can't find the information on how long do I have before activating the code after purchase. Can anyone help? TiA

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
