Hi, I can't access anything from my PC. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe, but it still doesn't work. I can access my plan from my phone, but not from my computer (and I can't use the programs either! HELP!!! I don't know what else to do.

Hola, no puedo acceder a nada desde la PC. Ya probé desinstalando e instalando Adobe y aún asà no funciona. Desde mi celular sà puedo acceder a mi plan, pero en la computadora no (y tampoco puedo usar los programas! AYUDAAAAA. No sé qué más hacer.

Hi. I'm having the same problem but cannot find any working solution. Can you explain what you did to solve the problem. I do not know how to make the firewall not interfere with Adobe.
