Ive Already Make Purchase Then I Remove My CC as Payment Method, But Now I Cant Access My Adobe Plan

Somebody please help me, Ive already make auto renewall purchase on adobe plan via my credit card for a year billing cycle until October 2024, and then i want to remove my credit card as payment method so in the next billing cycle it doesnt auto renewal and re-charge my credit card payment again

But right now i cant access any of my adobe apps altough ive already make my purchase and payment

Can anyone have the same issue ? Ive already chat with agent for a few times but it doesnt help at all, Please help, thank yout !

you may not want it, but it's what is available or leave it as is.


First of all its not what is available as it is, because the agent that ive met most of them dont have capability to do some action (since they came from different helpdesk division : technical support, billing payment, etc )

Second, Finally ive meet helpdesk agent that give me fair solution, so my account subscription was canceled and i get full refund since i never get a chance to use it

you can't remove payment method and use tyour subscription. contact adobe support to discuss.

 

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Actually ive already chat with some agent and they dont seems understand my problem and didnt give the solution
