Jak zrušit předplatné?

Dobrý den.

Dcera si založila účet a aktivovala zkušební verzi Photoshop. Photoshop nešel ani instalovat, nepřišel žádný e-mail. Účet u Adobe byl zrušen a dnes se chtěla strhnout platba z účtu. Předpokládala jsem, že když je účet zrušen, a nemáme ani žádný e-mail o aktivaci Photoshop, tak že se to prostě nepovedlo. Nebudu přeci platit, za něco co ani nejde a nevyužívám.

Poradí někdo jak zrušit to předplatné?

    Je to můj podnikatelský účet. Přišel požadavek a já jej zamítla, jelikož jsme si mysleli, že je to zrušené...když byl zrušen i ten účet ze kterého to bylo ne/úspěšně aktivováno. V ten den jsem napsala sem do fóra.

    I understand your query. I checked your account details and found that there is no active or trial subscription associated with this email address.
    Did your daughter use a different email address for creating an account? If yes, please post a query using that email ID.

    Zdravím. Mám podobný problém jako má Alice_0970. Zkoušel jsem trial verzi a ve zkušební době jsem předplatné zrušil a odinstaloval Photoshop. I přes to mi už několik plateb bylo strženo. Adobe se chová stejně jako podvodná zlodějská firma, kterou již nikomu nemohu doporučit. A tokový problém nemám jen já sám. Vím o více lidech. Zvažujeme podat hromadnou žalobu k Evropskému soudnímu dvoru.

    for an individual subscription, make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

    if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

    and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

    Děkuji. Mě by stačila třeba emailová adresa, kde mohu řešit. Ale všude jen automat. Nemám žádná potvrzení o trial verzi, o aktivaci, jen mám požadavek na inkaso z účtu 😵‍💫

    if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

    there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
    use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
