Just realized I've been charged full price since November, with no active account

I was just going through my PayPal for another reason, and realized that Adobe has somehow reactivated my old account, closed in 2017 when I got a full time design job, since November of last year at €59.49/month. The website is an endless loop with no results in regards to contacting customer service. I've canceled on PayPal side as this is an unbelievable situation and I need to put a stop to it and get refunded! Since I have no active account, the website tells me I have no active account, so I can't cancel it on Adobe side obviously. Absurdities.

There's no chat popup for me, i've disabled all ad blockers and enabled cookies. I can't contact anybody in any way.

Please advise. Thank you for anybody's time and energy.

for others, there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

You are great, I tried the Virtual Assistant, no use, I treid to find an email address, nothing. You finally pointed me to a phone number. I am charged for a plan through an Adobe account I cannot reach anymore as the email address is cancelled after my retirement. Adobe is really difficult to reach and explain that I want to cancel something I mcannot use anymore and are still paying for.

Maybe you subscribed to a mobile app from Google Play or Apple Stores.

If so, you will need to contact those vendors about cancellation.

It is possible, since no plans are shown, that someone has your card details and used them to open a new plan. It is a constant problem, and one of the major uses of stolen cards on the internet.

I've finally found my way to a chat window.

While in the chat window to avoid talking to the bot, type AGENT and you shall be connected to a human. If you face difficulty via chat you can also use Twitter @Adobecare.
