Kündigung Abo

Hey ich wollte mein Abomkündigen und dann wurde mir eine günstigere Version angeboten, die wollte ich annehen aber das System sagt mir ständig die Verlängerung bzw. das günstigere Abo geht nicht.

Hatte das jemand schon einmal?

I see that you have a Creative Clod pro subscription under the ID that you are using with this community. Did you get the option to change the plan within your Adobe account? Do you mind sharing a screen shot with us? It would be really helpful.
