kan free trial ID niet opzeggen

Krijg melding Social Sign in not supported, maar heb ook adobe-account met wachtwoord. Kan de social  accounts niet loskoppelen, krijg dan dezelfde melding. Zit in een loop waar ik niet uit kom.
