Keep getting charged monthly despite cancelling

I cancelled 3 months ago and I've still been charged for the last 2 months.

I go to https://account.adobe.com/plans there's no paid plans there.

I'm trying to go to the live chat or phone chat, but the link posted in other threads (https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen ) just goes to a garbage help info page with no actual live chat or phone options. I've tried in both chrome and firefox and nothing auto opens.

I get that making support difficult to access is a good way to retain money, but this is ridiculous. Any help?

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

There is NO chat option on that link. It's always the same, all the pages go to the page below. My browser allows cookies and popups. I've tried on another browser. Still the same page with no chat option. Where is the chat option here??

Maybe you have more than one plan under a different ID/email.

https://account.adobe.com/plans

Or perhaps you have a mobile app from Google Play or Apple Store.

I don't have any plans at all. See below. I signed up once for creative cloud, paid for a month after the trial, and then cancelled it two months ago. Still being charged £30 a month.
