Keine Rechnung und kein eingetragenes Abo - aber Geld bezahlt

Guten Tag,

ich habe versucht ein Adobe-Produkt zu nutzen innerhalb eines 7-tägigen Probeabos. Leider hat das nicht geklappt - dachte ich - ich habe auch keine Bestätigungsemail oder ähnliches bekommen. In meinem Account finde ich auch keine Rechnung oder ein Abo, das ich kündigen könnte, aber nach dem die 7 Tage abgalufen wurde, wurde mir das Geld abgebucht - sogar zwei mal, weil ich es mehrmals probiert habe, weil es nicht geklappt hat.

Wie komme ich da wieder raus und im besten Fall auch mein Geld zurück?

Did you subscribe using a different email address? Did you receive any confirmation email when you made the purchase?

You are right, i just found it 😕😕 I didn't notice I used an old adresse.
Its EMAIL REMOVED TO DETER SCAMMERS. But there ist just one subscription, but I paid two
times... ist it possible to cancel the other one to get the Money back? I
would be really thankfull... It seems to be my mistake, but I couldn't use
it at all and its sad enough to pay for it once.

Thanks for logging in with this account. I see there was an Acrobat standard subscription which is not cancelled and refund was also issues. Unfortunately, I don't see any other charge on this account.

So, as you see, there was no problem with canceling that one subscription.
But on the paypal-screenshot you see, that i paid two times. Can you see
that transfer on paypal and send the money back?
