How do I contact a real support person? In contact options it says contact by phone or chat. But there's no phone number and no link to the chat. 

 

That's pretty unprofessional and a bit shady to be honest.

 

Wie kann ich den deutschen Support kontaktieren, im Sinne von einen echten Menschen sprechen. Es gibt keine Telefonnummer und keinen Link zum Chat. Obwohl auf der Supportseite diese Kontaktoptionen aufgelistet sind.

 

Das finde ich ziemlich unprofessionell.

This doesn't work for me.
When I open the link, that is suggested on that page:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

I end up here:

 

 

where there is no-one to be contacted.

You land on the right page, stay for a bit on this page and a chat popup should open up. If it doesn't then try changing your browser/machine/network. As mentioned make sure nothing is blocking this popup like ad blockers, script blockers firewalls etc.
