I canceled my order after the free trial period, and now I have received a €60 invoice for an order that I did not order. Apparently, something else has accessed my account and purchased a membership with my card. In addition, I had my school's email on my adobe account, which has been deleted, which is why I haven't been able to see payment reminders from my email.

Depending on your timing that may have been too late to cancel. Regardless, no-one on this forum can help with account issues. We do not work for Adobe. You will need to contact Adobe accounts directly.
Do not respond to any forum private messages offereing help and asking for account details. Scammers are known to do that here.
