Hi. I used to use a licence that the university gave us which included all the programs, while i already had photoshop and lightroom. The university's licence doesn't work anymore so i deleted after effects because i couldn't use it anymore. I still pay for photoshop and lightroom but for some reason it still says that the licence is expired. I already deleted and redownloaded everything but it still wouldn't work and unfortunately i can't use the programs that i'm paying for.

what do you mean by, you still pay for ps and lr?

 

are you still using or trying to use the univ. license?  did you purchase a different license?  if you purchased a different license, did you use a non-school email?

Read the post again.

 

 @Nagy37256988rr24 already had PS and LR and states specifically that they know they can't use the university license. The problem is that the the PS/LR subscription they have been paying for says "expired".
