License activation

New Here ,
Nov 29, 2021 Nov 29, 2021

I bought an new computer and installed Adobe Pro DC 2015 on it. On my old computer I signed out (i dont have a deactivate option). On the new computer I used my serial and my account to activate. But then there is a message telling me that the serial number is already in use on another computer. Support told me te reinstall Pro DC 2015 on my old computer and sign in- and out again, but after installing my old computer also states that the serial is already in use on another computer. I'm stuck now. What can I do to reactivate my license again?

Contact Customer Care and ask for your activations to be reset.

Hi Jane-e,

I already did that but they told me Pro DC 2015 is not supported anymore. They suggested to post my question on the Support Community so i did.

Hi @default21988764biuds1

We can't reset your activations on this forum — only customer care can. Be clear that you are not asking for support and that you need to have your activations reset.

As jane-e said, the support agent failed to do their job properly.

Go back to chat and only ask to have your activations reset.

Which OS do you have?  I ask because Acrobat 2015 won't run on newer computers.
