In 2022, does this still work? Under 'manage plan' I see a bunch of info but no expiry date.

Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers

does what still work?

if you want to see your plan's renewal date, htpps://account.adobe.com

addendum:  use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

The instructions marked as the answer.

If you read my last posts, you'll see that's precisley where I've been going and if you see the screenshots, I don't have a subscription end-date anywhere in my Admin Console. I seem to remember having trouble with this previously.

Will do. But as a loyal customer, why hide it? A subscription is an ongoing relationship, hiding it is a stange thing to do.

Even more reason to clearly show the end-date - everyone else does. It's a weird - no?

Actually, it looks like an admin has made a new thread from my post. There were instructions from the previous thread which have been removed - annoying sorry.

Did you look under billing?

Is that where you see it? Because there's no expiry there for me - see attached. There's also no info if I try to cancel the plan. I seem to remember trying to find my expiry once before and it was impossible - why hide this? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Cheers

I've gotten free subscriptions for various things, so I see the end of those.
