license transfer

Hey hey,

 

I have an old Version of the Crative Master Collection (5.5) which I don't use anymore and want to sell. As it is regisrtated I want to transfer that Licence. I need a case number, but don't know where to get it. Please help. Thank you!

    Go to the link I posted.

    Click on the Contact us link in blue on that page.

    Type "Agent" into the chat box that appears.

    Wait for a customer service agent to reply in the chat and explain that you need a case number.
