Licensing Problem on old mac (Adobe cc 2018)

New Here ,
Mar 12, 2024 Mar 12, 2024

I can't update my license and I have been charged to my credit card twice. the website suggest me to go to the creative cloud app. It always shows "page not available" on my apps section. I'm using old mac from 2011 and can only run adobe cc2018. After trial ended I can't access more but it charged my credit card. How do I solve this problem?

Hello @Awfi35368991mwoj,

We're sorry for the trouble. It looks like we need to troubleshoot this in a live session. Please head here (https://adobe.ly/4adlalB) and select the chat button in the lower-right corner of the page. We can help troubleshoot faster that way.

Thanks,

Anubhav

...and type Agent in the chat box to be connected to a person and bypass the chatbot.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x). chat allows the live session:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
