Question

Lightroom (1T) plan does not match as advertised ?

Hello,
I subscribed a Lightroom (1T) plan after seeing the following comparison chart.

(It is avaiable at "https://www.adobe.com/pt/products/photoshop-lightroom/compare-plans.html")
I was surprised when I realized that Lightroom Classic was not activated as advertised.
Can someone enlighten me on this, please?
I can't find any other way of contacting Adobe by email in order to be clarified.

Regards,

Jorge

There are TWO versions of Lightroom. LR for mobile & web and LR Classic (desktop).

Does your desktop computer support LR Classic?  If not, you won't see it in CC Desktop App.

Do you mean that the apps are trial versions, even after you've signed in with your Adobe ID?

Try https://helpx.adobe.com/pt/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

>contacting Adobe by email

Adobe does not use email, since it may be 'spoofed' so easily
