Lightroom Mobile – Active subscription not recognized (Android)

Hi everyone! I’m having an issue with my Lightroom Mobile subscription on Android.

 

Last month, I subscribed to the monthly plan via Google Play, then canceled it right after to avoid auto-renewal. Everything worked fine and I had access to premium features until the end of the billing period.

 

This month, I renewed the subscription again via Google Play, and canceled it immediately afterward (same reason — just to avoid being charged next month). Google Play shows my subscription as active until June 19, 2025, but Lightroom says my subscription is expired and I’ve lost access to premium features.

 

I’ve already tried:

 

Restoring purchases within the app

 

Forcing the app to close and reopening

 

Confirming I’m signed in with the correct Google account

 

Updating the app

 

Uninstalling and reinstalling

 

 

Nothing worked. I also tried contacting Adobe support, but since the subscription was made through Google Play, it doesn’t show up in my Adobe account, so the chat only connects me to the bot — which didn’t help.

 

Has anyone experienced this or knows how to fix it?

Any help would be much appreciated!
