Lightroom Mobile not taking

I switched my Lightroom Mobile subscription from monthly to annual through the Apple App store in March. A month later Adobe notified me my account was has suspended for non-payment. The money definitely went through on my credit card and Apple says everything on their end shows that I'm paid up until March 2026. Meanwhile when I try to access some features in Lightroom Mobile I get a screen that says I must pay through Adobe or start a 7-day trial. To my knowledge I haven't done anything to start a 7-day trial.

Adobe's AI assistant can't comprehend the problem. Two calls to Adobe support say it's Apple's problem. Now I seemed to be either locked in a loop of "Preparing your subscription..." or get "Subscription Expired" on both iPad and iPhone. The "Preparing your subscription" message can go on for a day or two before I'm locked out of editing in the app again. If I sign out of Lightroom and then sign back in advanced features sometimes work, but then I'm locked out in a day or two again. Other times when I sign out of the app, I get "Subscription Expired". When I try to restore I get "No restored purchases".

I see others with the same problem on this forum. It seems to be an Adobe server issue that needs to be sorted out on your end. I'm posting here because Adobe Support has been no help and others seem to have had the issue resolved here.

UPDATE: 15 hours ago I uninstalled/reinstalled Lightroom on my iPad and got "Preparing your subscription..." again. Haven't contacted Apple yet again, but finally it's saying "You're subscribed." Thanks to all for your help.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I did that twice and confirmed that I'm paid up for the next year. Apple had done everything they can on their end.

Because my account shows I'm paid up.

Are you logging in under a different account than the one you are using to post to this public discussion forum, Jkevinwolfe? If so, make sure to log in using the account that contains your paid-for membership. The only subscriptions under the account you used to make these public posts are a previously cancelled subscription and a past due subscription, both of which are through Apple and not Adobe. Neither subscription matches your screenshot either, jKevinwolfe. ^JW
