Hello, yesterday 21.09.2025 i have purchased the subscription for Lightroom Mobile Premium via apple account in Appstore. It was working fine in the evening and today untill luchtime, then it suddenly stopped working. Premium functions are disabled. Restore purchases does not help, it says did not found subscription. Same account. In Appstore the subscription ia active. Could you assist how to fix that?

When you buy from Apple you must contact Apple for help with the subscription

From their side it is just fine. Money charged, transaction passed, subscription is active and confirmed and was working yesterday. Nothing i have to report.

what's it show?
eg, any payment problems,?
but any resolution will have to be via apple.

Shows just free sub. No any signs that it was any purchase which is strange because everything was working in the morning
