Lightroom app will not open, it is aksing for me to subscribe to 7 day trial and I already have a month to month subscription

      When I open my LR on my Macbook Pro a window pops up and asks if I want to try a 7 day free trial and it won’t let me get beyond this point. I ask it to restore my purchase and that doesn’t work. I have a subscription month to month for more than 5 months now, so not sure why this is happening. I can’t sign in at all! I need this to work today!

        same issue on pc and android. it seems to me all adobe does about it (ive been searching for hours now) is tell people they are posting in the wrong place, that there is no problem on their end, and attempt to pass the buck. what greedy, soulless, jerks! just fix the issue with YOUR software already, these posts go back YEARS!
