Hello, please help me

I am a photographer, bu I live in Russia, I 
have been using only Lightroom for many years
, I pay a subscription every month, yesterday I paid and everything worked,
today nothing works, although there is a
subscription in my Apple account.
Please help, restore the subscription

    Good day.
    Yesterday I paid for a monthly subscription on my iPhone, everything worked
    , today the app says that
    the term is expiring and it
    is unavailable, although
    you buy a subscription until the end of August it should work. Please help, I am a photographer and I need to take photos, but I can't even open them.

    Mapna, I can confirm that your subscription through Apple was cancelled in 2024. If you had over 2 gigabytes of images then they have been removed. Please see https://adobe.ly/4mg88tX for more information.

     

    Are you planning to start a new subscription? If so, make sure to do so with your current account. This will allow you to access any files that were not removed. ^JW
