Living in Azerbaijan, taking the subscription in Turkey

Hello, I live in Azerbaijan, but instead of the currency of our country, dollars are written and it is too expensive for me, so can I change the country and put it in Turkey?

I can change my country where I want, and I still get the correct currency shown. Sorry, but to take a subscription, you must reside in the country of your credit card.

you risk loosing your money if you're dishonest about your country of residence.

that said, The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. otherwise, change what's necessary:
