LOCKED: How long will Adobe Spark be Unavailable to Download work?

I have been tying to download my work from Adobe spark today. I managed to get one file and then it stopped. I guess I need to look at another more reliable solutaion as I don't seem to be able to find support and I need to be able to get to my work when I need it.

Does anyone have a solution for this?
