Lost my redeem codes after plan upgrade

Hello Community,

I just upgraded from my monthly Foto subscription to the yearly prepaid option. I was surprised that the monthly subscription was terminated and the yearly prepaid plan appeard as a new subscription with instant billing on my credit card. The subscription now runs until December 2025.

In my monthly Foto subscription I still had active redeem codes that were already payed until 2027. With the termination of my monthly subscription they seem to be gone now.

Have I completely lost them? I thought they are linked to my Adobe account? Does anyone have an idea how I can use them again?

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Thanks, I already contacted support but they couldn't help me rightaway. They are looking into it an promised to contact me within 5 or 6 business days. Doesn't look like a solution this year. 😕
