Hi.

11 year old child has photography as hobby and now wants to get Lightroom and Photoshop. What is the best offer for under 13 year old student? Parent will pay, child will use.

The student discount is only available to qualifying students (13 years and older) who order the Creative Cloud All Apps Plan (31 + apps & services).
https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html

There is no student discount for the already deeply discounted Photography Plan bundle.

$10/month is the cheapest rate there is.

-- Photoshop and Photoshop on iPad
-- Lightroom on desktop, mobile and the web
-- Lightroom Classic
-- Portfolio website + hosting
-- Spark with premium features
-- Bridge
-- 20

Same for everyone. The Photography Plan includes both LrC and Ps for US $9.99 a month.

The only other deal is the Full Apps plan (which for a Photographer it isn't needed) for teachers and Students. But that is upwards of 20-30 bucks a month.

This is an interesting problem which may not have a solution. To use Adobe software your child needs an Adobe ID. It must be their own, because you are not permitted to share your Adobe ID with anyone. Yet according to https://www.adobe.com/uk/legal/terms.html we find

"You must be 13 or older to register for an individual Adobe ID. Schools that participate in the primary and secondary education named user offering may issue a child under 13 an enterprise-level Adobe ID, consistent with the Primary and Secondary Education Additional Terms." Thus, there is no way at all you, personally, can legally get access to these apps for an 11 year old. But their school could - but only if they are already members of a particular specific Adobe offering.

And, I must say, is a bunch of legal BS.

If the father of a 11 year old child subscribed to the Photographjy plan and installed it on a computer his child used and that child used those programs who would know the difference? Certainly not Adobe.

My wife has her own computer, so this never happens... but if I got up and she sat in my chair, there is no way to know that her fingers are typing instead of mine

Yes, you got it. That is the problem! We would like to get account for under 13 year old, because she will use it. And I would like to get for student price, but I did not found any solution/instructions how to get it.
