Membership Cancellation Fee

We understand the situation is not ideal for you. Free trial is for 7days and the money is deducted after that. As per Adobe policy, you can get full refund if you cancel within 14days(in case you forget cancelling during trial period).

We checked your account info and found that you have an active month subscription for 

Adobe Illustrator(1 month and 11 days)

Adobe Photoshop(1 month and 26 days)

For monthly subscriptions, you can cancel the subscription without any early cancellation fee but you will be no refund for that month. The services will continue until the end of term.

you can appeal to adobe, but it's your error that caused the problem. ie, you owe the early cancellation fee.
