membership cancellation

When I bought a student membership, I didn't know it was an annual commitment. Can you help me cancel?

Thanks for writing in. There is no Student teachers plan active on your account. We can only see an active individual account for Creative Cloud all apps.

else contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
