I want a refund on my membership. It's not letting me. Will not let me cancel my membership either. Is there a customer service phone number?

inability to cancel is usually caused by a payment problem.  you must fix that first and then cancel.

to fix, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html?linkId=100000254860002

then make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, check your account (https://account.adobe.com) for a payment problem. all payment problems must be resolved before cancellation is enabled, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

and no, there's no phone number for this issue.

Hi sue_4663,

Thanks for reaching out!

I reviewed your account info and found that you have an active annual plan for Adobe Premiere Pro. Adobe offers full refund if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase. Since your plan is 4+ months old, it does not qualify for the refund.

Also, as per Adobe's policies if any annual plan is cancelled before term end, you may need to pay early termination fees.

You can check the details here: https://adobe.ly/49SBag0

I hope it helps.
