Hello. Good day. How can i refund my purchase? I just misclicked it and it automatically deducted in my bank. No confirmation, just one misclick.

Cancel as @Nancy OShea indicated. You should get a refund if you are in the 14 days time frame.

I just messaged customer support. They said its cancellation fee for being
in contract. But theyre happy to refund me. I did not know there was a
cancellation of this much.
